Ko Rune

Effects

• Weapon: +10 to Dexterity
• Armor: +10 to Dexterity
• Shield: +10 to Dexterity

A Ko Rune requires level 39 to use. When you socket an item with a Ko Rune, you increase the level requirement to level 39, unless it was already higher.

How to get Ko Runes

• The Countess on Hell difficulty and above has a chance to drop Ko Runes
• The Hellforge on Nightmare difficulty has a 1/11 chance to drop a Ko Rune as quest reward
• The Act 2 (N) Good and higher Treasure Classes can drop Ko Runes
• Transmute 3 Lum Runes and a Flawed Amethyst in the Horadric Cube
