A Ral rune is a low tier rune that can be socketed into armor and weapons in Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction and Diablo 2 Resurrected. A Ral rune provides Fire Resist +35% when inserted in shields or off-hands, Fire Resist +30% in body armor and headgear, and Adds 5-30 Fire Damage in weapons.
Ral runes are mostly wanted for their many cubing recipes, most notably repairing and recharging armor, and the Caster Amulet.
You can cube 3 Tal runes together to get a Ral rune. You can also obtain a Ral rune from normal countess. You can get a Ral rune from the normal hellforge quest.
A Ral rune requires level 19 to use. When you socket an item with a Ral rune, you increase the level requirement to level 19, unless it was already higher.
