• Armor: +5% to Maximum Poison Resist
• Shield: +5% to Maximum Poison Resist

A Gul Rune requires level 53 to use. When you socket an item with a Gul Rune, you increase the level requirement to level 53, unless it was already higher.

How to get Gul Runes

• The Hellforge on Hell difficulty has a 1/11 chance to drop a Gul Rune as quest reward
• The Act 1 (H) Good and higher Treasure Classes can drop Gul Runes
• Transmute 2 Ist Runes and a Sapphire in the Horadric Cube
