A Tir Rune is a low tier rune that can be socketed into armor and weapons in Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction and Diablo 2 Resurrected.

A Tir Rune requires level 13 to use. When you socket an item with a Tir Rune, you increase the level requirement to level 13, unless it was already higher.
How to get Tir Runes
- The Countess on Normal difficulty and above has a chance to drop Tir Runes.
- The Hellforge on Normal difficulty has a 1/11 chance to drop a Tir Rune as quest reward.
- The Act 2 Good and higher Treasure Classes can drop Tir Runes.
- Transmute 3 Eld Runes in the Horadric Cube.
