A Tir rune is a low tier rune that can be socketed into armor and weapons in Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction and Diablo 2 Resurrected. A Tir rune provides +2 to Mana After Each Kill when inserted in any item.
You can cube 3 Eld runes together to get a Tir rune. You can also obtain a Tir rune from normal countess. You can get a Tir rune from the normal hellforge quest.
A Tir rune requires level 13 to use. When you socket an item with a Tir rune, you increase the level requirement to level 13, unless it was already higher.
