• Weapon: 7% Life stolen per hit
• Armor: Attacker Takes Damage of 14
• Shield: Attacker Takes Damage of 14

An Amn Rune requires level 25 to use. When you socket an item with an Amn Rune, you increase the level requirement to level 25, unless it was already higher.

How to get Amn Runes

• The Countess on Nightmare difficulty and above has a chance to drop Amn Runes
• The Hellforge on Normal difficulty has a 1/11 chance to drop a Amn Rune as quest reward
• The Act 4 Good and higher Treasure Classes can drop Amn Runes
• Transmute 3 Thul Runes and a Chipped Topaz in the Horadric Cube
