Effects

• Weapon: +9 to Maximum Damage
• Armor: 15% Damage Taken Goes to Mana
• Shield: 15% Damage Taken Goes to Mana

An Ith Rune requires level 15 to use. When you socket an item with an Ith Rune, you increase the level requirement to level 15, unless it was already higher.

How to get Ith Runes

• The Countess on Normal difficulty and above has a chance to drop Ith Runes.
• The Hellforge on Normal difficulty has a 1/11 chance to drop a Ith Rune as quest reward.
• The Act 3 Good and higher Treasure Classes can drop Ith Runes.
• Transmute 3 Eth Runes in the Horadric Cube.
