An Um Rune is a mid tier rune that can be socketed into armor and weapons in Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction and Diablo 2 Resurrected.

Effects

  • Weapon: 25% Chance of Open Wounds
  • Armor: All Resistances +15
  • Shield: All Resistances +22

An Um Rune requires level 47 to use. When you socket an item with an Um Rune, you increase the level requirement to level 47, unless it was already higher.

How to get Um Runes

  • The Countess on Hell difficulty and above has a chance to drop Um Runes.
  • The Hellforge on Nightmare difficulty has a 1/11 chance to drop a Um Rune as quest reward.
  • The Act 4 (N) Good and higher Treasure Classes can drop Um Runes.
  • Transmute 2 Pul RunePul Runes and a Flawed Diamond in the Horadric Cube.
