An Eth Rune requires level 15 to use. When you socket an item with an Eth Rune, you increase the level requirement to level 15, unless it was already higher.
How to get Eth Runes
- The Countess on Normal difficulty and above has a chance to drop Eth Runes.
- The Hellforge on Normal difficulty has a 1/11 chance to drop a Eth Rune as quest reward.
- The Act 3 Good and higher Treasure Classes can drop Eth Runes.
- Transmute 3 Nef Runes in the Horadric Cube.
