pul rune
A Pul rune is a mid tier rune that can be socketed into armor and weapons in Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction and Diablo 2 Resurrected. A Pul rune provides +30% Enhanced Defense when inserted in shields or off-hands, body armor and headgear, and +75% Damage to Demons, +100 to Attack Rating against Demons in weapons.
You can cube 3 Lem runes and a flawed emerald together to get a Pul rune. You can also obtain a Pul rune from hell countess. You can get a Pul rune from the nightmare hellforge quest.
A Pul rune requires level 45 to use. When you socket an item with a Pul rune, you increase the level requirement to level 45, unless it was already higher.
