A Lo Rune is a high tier rune that can be socketed into armor and weapons in Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction and Diablo 2 Resurrected.

- Shield: +5% to Maximum Lightning Resist
A Lo Rune requires level 59 to use. When you socket an item with a Lo Rune, you increase the level requirement to level 59, unless it was already higher.
How to get Lo Runes
- The Act 2 (H) Good and higher Treasure Classes can drop Lo Runes.
- Transmute 2
Ohm Runes and a Diamond in the Horadric Cube.
