Duriel
Duriel is one of the four Lesser Evils and the final boss of Act 2. Known as the Lord of Pain, he is infamous for his devastating melee attacks and his strong 
Holy Freeze status on players. Defeating him completes 
The Seven Tombs and grants the player access to Act 3.
Duriel and Andariel are the only monsters that can drop 
Twisted Essence of Suffering on Hell difficulty. This item can be used to craft the 
Token of Absolution.
In Hell, Duriel has the highest chance to drop 
Korlic's Pain, one of the summon materials that open the Colossal Summit.
In 
The Pandemonium Event, Uber Duriel drops 
Baal's Eye in the Forgotten Sands, one of the three organs that open Uber Tristram.
