Izual
Izual is a unique monster encountered in the Plains of Despair in Act 4. He is a fallen angel who serves as a mini-boss. Defeating him completes 
The Fallen Angel and grants the player 2 skill points.
In 
The Pandemonium Event, Uber Izual drops 
Mephisto's Brain in the Furnace of Pain, one of the three organs that open Uber Tristram.
