Madawc is one of the three Ancients guarding the Arreat Summit in Act 5, fought together with Talic and Korlic. Madawc throws his weapons from a distance. Defeating the three completes 
Rite of Passage and opens the way to the Worldstone Keep.
Colossal Madawc, a far stronger version, is fought on the Colossal Summit.
