Witch Doctor Endugu is a Super Unique Soul Killer Shaman found in Flayer Dungeon Level 3. It always spawns with 6 minions and always has the Magic Resistant and Fire Enchanted modifiers.
Witch Doctor Endugu can resurrect Soul Killer. Resurrected Soul Killer give no experience and drop nothing.
When Witch Doctor Endugu dies, a Soul Killer spawns in its place. This Soul Killer is also the super unique Witch Doctor Endugu, with the same modifiers and its own loot, so every Witch Doctor Endugu run gives two super unique drops.

Its modifiers raise these resistances, in this order:
- Magic Resistant: cold 0% → 40%; lightning 25% → 65%; fire already immune
- Fire Enchanted: fire 120% → 195%
Fire immunity can't be broken by Conviction or Lower Resist, they only work at a fifth against it.
Defence
- Super uniques don’t regenerate life, even though their monster does, so Prevent Monster Healisn't needed against it.
- Life and mana leech work at 100% on it, and Hell divides all leech by 3, f.e. 10% life leech heals you 3.33% of the physical damage you deal.
- A chill slows its movement and attacks by 33%, for 1/4 of the chill's length in Hell.
