Infector of Souls is a Super Unique Venom Lord found in The Chaos Sanctuary. It always spawns with 9 minions and always has the Extra Fast and Spectral Hit modifiers.
Infector of Souls is one of the three seal bosses of The Chaos Sanctuary, with Grand Vizier of Chaos and Lord De Seis. Opening one of the two seals in the right wing calls Infector of Souls and his pack. Diablo appears once all five seals are open and all three seal bosses are dead, and at that moment every other monster left in the Sanctuary dies. See

Infector of Souls Stats
Infector of Souls's numbers are those of a Venom Lord, with the super unique bonuses on top. In Hell: 3 levels above its area, +100% life, +100% attack rating and more elemental damage.
ChamResistances
Its modifier raises these resistances:
Spectral Hit: cold 50% → 70%; fire already immune; lightning already 75% or more
Fire immunity can't be broken by Conviction or Lower Resist, they only work at a fifth against it.
Defence
- Super uniques don’t regenerate life, even though their monster does, so Prevent Monster Healisn't needed against it.
- Life and mana leech work at 66% on it, and Hell divides all leech by 3, f.e. 10% life leech heals you 2.2% of the physical damage you deal.
- A chill slows its movement and attacks by 33%, for 1/4 of the chill's length in Hell.
