Wizendraw is a normal unique 
Long Battle Bow found in Diablo 2 Resurrected. Wizendraw has a Dark Green tint.
Wizendraw is unique for its -20-35% to Enemy Cold Resistance. An Amazon has no equivalent to 
Cold Mastery, which is a Sorceress passive, so this bow is the earliest way a cold build can pierce resistance at all. It grants the same underlying stat the mastery does, and the roll is worth roughly its first four levels. 
Ice Arrow and 
Freezing Arrow gain the most from it.
The +30 to Mana and +15 to Energy are aimed at the same skills, adding about 52 mana on an Amazon and covering Freezing Arrow, the most expensive shot in the bow tree at 4.5 mana before skill levels raise it. The cost is the base. A Long Battle Bow sits in the slow speed class, and 20% Increased Attack Speed does not lift it out, so the resistance pierce is paid for in shot rate.

1 Ral Rune + 1 Sol Rune + 1 Perfect Emerald + Wizendraw
When upgrading Wizendraw to a Large Siege Bow the level requirement will increase to level 31.
