Hellclap is a normal unique Short War Bow found in Diablo 2 Resurrected.

Hellclap adds 15 to 30-50 Fire Damage, more than the 10-11 to 23-26 the bow deals itself, and it carries +1 to Fire Skills. That raises Fire Arrow, Exploding Arrow and Immolation Arrow for an Amazon, which almost no other bow does at required level 27.

Fire Resist +40% and +50-75 to Attack Rating come alongside it. The flat fire damage applies on every shot regardless of how small the physical hit is, so the bow stays useful against high defense targets that the physical roll would otherwise glance off.

How to upgrade Hellclap

You can upgrade Hellclap to a Rune Bow with the following cube recipe:

1 Ral Rune + 1 Sol Rune + 1 Perfect Emerald + Hellclap

When upgrading Hellclap to a Rune Bow the level requirement will increase to level 32.
