Stormstrike is a normal unique 
Short Battle Bow found in Diablo 2 Resurrected.
Stormstrike adds 1-30 Lightning Damage, around 15 a shot on average against the 8-9 to 18-20 the bow itself deals. Elemental damage is not scaled by the bow's Enhanced Damage, so it holds its value however small the base is and only lightning resistance cuts it. The 25% Piercing Attack makes roughly one arrow in four carry on through the target it hits to whatever stands behind it.
How to upgrade Stormstrike
You can upgrade Stormstrike to a Short Siege Bow with the following cube recipe:
1 Ral Rune + 1 Sol Rune + 1 Perfect Emerald + Stormstrike
When upgrading Stormstrike to a Short Siege Bow the level requirement will increase to level 30.
