Ripsaw is a unique 
Flamberge found in Diablo 2 Resurrected. Ripsaw has a Cyan Blue tint.
Ripsaw carries 80% Chance of Open Wounds, the highest of any unique item, beaten only by the 100% on Malice. Open Wounds deals damage over time that scales with character level rather than with the weapon, and it stops the target regenerating, so it keeps working long after the 80-100% Enhanced Damage has fallen behind. The Flamberge is one of the faster two-handed swords, which is what gets an 80% chance rolled as often as it is.
How to upgrade Ripsaw
You can upgrade Ripsaw to a Zweihander with the following cube recipe:
1 Ral Rune + 1 Sol Rune + 1 Perfect Emerald + Ripsaw
When upgrading Ripsaw to a Zweihander the level requirement will increase to level 31.
