Razortail is an exceptional unique Sharkskin Belt found in Diablo 2 Resurrected.

Every other unique that grants Piercing Attack is a bow, a crossbow or a throwing knife, so this is the only one that supplies it without taking the weapon slot, and an Amazon keeps whatever she was already shooting with.

Its 33% is added to the Pierce skill rather than competing with it, which makes the belt worth about two hard points, since Pierce reaches 34% at level 2. Anything past a combined 100% is discarded, so a Bowazon who has already maxed Pierce gains nothing from it, and it contributes nothing at all alongside Buriza-Do Kyanon.

The +10 to Maximum Damage applies to every attack rather than to missiles alone, and +15 to Dexterity covers requirements elsewhere. The +120-150% Enhanced Defense reads large but multiplies a 31-36 belt base, so it adds a few dozen points of Defense rather than a meaningful block.
