Hellplague is a normal unique Long Sword found in Diablo 2 Resurrected.

Hellplague deals three kinds of damage at once, adding 25-75 Fire Damage and 28-56 Poison Damage over 6 seconds to every hit on top of 70-80% Enhanced Damage. The +2 to Fire Skills is the unusual part, because it is not restricted to a class, but the Long Sword requires 55 Strength and 39 Dexterity, which is far more than a Sorceress has spare at level 22.

How to upgrade Hellplague

You can upgrade Hellplague to a Rune Sword with the following cube recipe:

1 Ral Rune + 1 Sol Rune + 1 Perfect Emerald + Hellplague

When upgrading Hellplague to a Rune Sword the level requirement will increase to level 30.
