Blacktongue is a normal unique Bastard Sword found in Diablo 2 Resurrected.

Blacktongue is the earliest unique item to carry Prevent Monster Heal, at level 26. A monster that would otherwise regenerate between swings cannot, which matters most on a slow two-hander that gives it the time to try. The +112 Poison Damage over 6 Seconds works toward the same end, since poison also stops a target regenerating for as long as it lasts.

How to upgrade Blacktongue

You can upgrade Blacktongue to a Gothic Sword with the following cube recipe:

1 Ral Rune + 1 Sol Rune + 1 Perfect Emerald + Blacktongue

When upgrading Blacktongue to a Gothic Sword the level requirement will increase to level 31.
