Two versions of this item exist. The updated one only drops on Ladder with Reign of the Warlock in Season 15, in Diablo II: Resurrected the original still drops, with its old stats. See everything that is Ladder-only in Season 15.

How to upgrade Bloodletter

You can upgrade Bloodletter to a Falcata with the following cube recipe:

When upgrading Bloodletter to a Falcata the level requirement will increase to level 49.
