Frenzy, with numbers of its own.
Blood Lord Frenzy per Skill Level
The damage Blood Lord Frenzy deals at the skill levels monsters have it at, from its own values and those of its missiles. Monsters have their skills 3 levels higher in Nightmare and 7 in Hell, but for the event monsters, only met in Hell, at the level the game gives them. It also deals 100% of the monster's own attack damage.
