A Flawed Sapphire provides Cold Resist +16% when inserted in shields or off-hands, +17 to Mana in body armor and headgear, and +3 to Minimum Cold Damage, +5 to Maximum Cold Damage in weapons.
A Flawed Sapphire requires level 5 to use. When you socket an item with a Flawed Sapphire, you increase the level requirement to level 5, unless it was already higher.
