Tarnhelm is a normal unique Skull Cap found in Diablo 2 Resurrected. Tarnhelm has a Orange tint.

Tarnhelm is the standard magic find helm, and it carries +1 to All Skills from required level 15. Up to 50% Better Chance of Getting Magic Items and +75% Extra Gold from Monsters sit alongside it.

The combination is why it stays in use long past the level it drops. A magic find setup gives up damage everywhere else it can, so a helm that costs nothing, adds a skill level and carries more magic find than Nagelring keeps its slot into Hell.

How to upgrade Tarnhelm

You can upgrade Tarnhelm to a Sallet with the following cube recipe:

1 Tal Rune + 1 Shael Rune + 1 Perfect Diamond + Tarnhelm

When upgrading Tarnhelm to a Sallet the level requirement will increase to level 30.
