Weaken is a monster skill, used by 6 monsters. It is the Necromancer skill 
Weaken, cast at the monster's own skill level.
curses a group of enemies, reducing the amount of damage they inflict.

What Weaken does at the skill levels monsters have it at. Monsters have their skills 3 levels higher in Nightmare and 7 in Hell, but for the event monsters, only met in Hell, at the level the game gives them.
