Hello everyone!
We're a community of passionate Diablo 2 fans, and we're excited to get to know each and every one of you.
To get started, we'd love for you to introduce yourself! Tell us a bit about yourself, such as:
Of course, feel free to share anything else about yourself that you'd like - we're all here to get to know each other and share our love for Diablo 2 Resurrected.
We can't wait to read your introductions and welcome you to the community!
I have had the name Blind since the Starcraft: BW days. Its a fuzzy being that long ago, but back then I believe I enjoyed one word account names. Prior to Blind I believe my name was Deaf, and changed it to Blind.
As for Diablo, I've been playing the series since the original Diablo came out, but didn't play it very much until Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction.
Favorite memories is just playing with friends, first getting introduced to programming because of creating Clan websites back in the day, and just having a great time doing endless Baal runs.
Outside of Diablo 2, pretty much just program and play a lot of Ark Survival. Way too much Ark.
I've been bdbrown4 for a while now, since college. Had multiple aliases since then...
D2 was my childhood. I remember playing with my friends back in grade school!
Having our older siblings rip us off for better gear... (i.e. I remember having a Fortitude and being convinced Stone was better.... RIP). Another great memory was being excited to run Baal over and over again. Silly to think I still enjoy it as an adult decades later.
Outside the realm of Sanctuary I enjoy to program (feel like a lot of us are in the tech industry XD) and also enjoy off-roading with my built Jeep :)
Greetings new internet friends! I’m Tribulus, which is an herb used in Indian Aryuvedic medicine for strength and virility. I’ve been playing D2 since launch and keep coming back for more. Despite my long history with the game, I’m really not much of a serious player. I take my time, and clean maps, never really farm bosses over and over, and usually hit a hard stop with my characters at some point. My highest D2 character was probably in the low 90s. I’ve never experienced the endgame, rune words or the best gear, but I still enjoy the heck out of it.
I came to the editor to re-create some of my online character builds and experiment with some different gear and skills before committing on my online characters.
I play all kinds of role-playing and strategy games, and have played World of Warcraft since launch as well. As for non-gaming activities, I’ve been a lifelong professional guitar player, although I’ve mostly retired from live playing and do mostly studio work now. I finally took a “straight job”, working from home and do tech-support for a regional Internet/cable provider.
I’m looking forward, hopefully, to a less jaded environment than the official forums. May be a little more friendly towards someone who’s more casual, not a super min-max guy.
Welcome Blind, bdbrown4 and Tribulus!
D2Runewizard is a community that helps all types of players, both casual and determined players. So everyone should be able to fit in!
Greetings all!
My name has no meaning at all, found some fantasy name generator site and thought it sounded cool.
I played the original D2: LOD in my high school days in 2005-2006 but those days were different, meaning, I wasn't as devoted to the game as I am now.
Met some cool people on D2R since rejoining, especially those who not only loaded me with a bunch of awesome frees for my noob characters (someone gave me an Enigma and some HRs just because we made small talk about some niche thing outside the game) but those who helped with quick character rushes.
Besides D2, I do have a day job and a family to look after (just got my wife on D2R as of last night) but aside from day-to-day life, I listen to extreme music, play drums, tinker with electronics and I really enjoy woodoworking as a new hobby I'm getting into.
If you want to link up in-game, my Bnet tag is Ox4B414D494C #1653.
Welcome Beltelum, great to have you!
Hello everyone!
I'm BlazeFire, and I'm thrilled to be a part of this amazing community of passionate Diablo 2 fans. My username represents my love for all things fire-related and my aggressive playstyle in the game.
I've been playing Diablo 2 since it was first released back in 2000, and I've been hooked ever since. I remember staying up all night with my friends, trying to beat the game on the hardest difficulty, and the feeling of accomplishment we had when we finally did it.
One of my favorite memories from playing Diablo 2 was discovering the secret Cow Level for the first time. It was so unexpected and hilarious, and it quickly became one of my favorite places to farm for loot.
Outside of Diablo 2, I enjoy playing other action-packed games like Doom and Borderlands. I also love going to the gym and working out, as well as playing guitar and writing music in my free time.
I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you and sharing our love for Diablo 2 Resurrected. Let's have some fun and kick some demon butt together!
Your username and what it means (if it has any special significance): LuckyMud - Fans of Vonnegut may recognize this from Cat's Cradle as an hilariously absurdist description of living things in general.
How long have you been playing Diablo 2 and how did you get into the game: Since the beginning. I played Diablo original in high school, and it was about this game that I famously said "I am not an addict, I am a frequent enjoyer. Thank you."
Your favorite moments or memories from playing Diablo 2 over the years: Honestly, it's the generosity. It isn't all the time, but those moments when someone is really in need of something and is pulling change from the couch-cushions to trade for it. Meet: someone who has that thing and doesn't really need it, and happily tosses it on the ground with a press of number-pad 2. I've been in both roles several times and it's warm fuzzies all around.
Other games or hobbies you enjoy outside of Diablo 2: Baldur's Gate III, of course, so well made. I also love the game of "Go" (which, yes, I picked up for love of an anime about it) although I'm out of practice.
My bnet tag: Dzheph#1479
Hit me up if you need ladder rushes (just norm/nm for now) or if you need a clone put down. We must show all the clones the mercy of a quick death.

Welcome LuckyMud, glad to have you here!
Hello. I am new here. I have been playing Diablo 2 since I bought a Macintosh G3 when the game came out. I was desperately searching for a game similar to the Mac game Ferazel's Wand, where a character walks through caves killing monsters. I was awestruck when Diablo 2 came out; it was so much better and different—the horror memories of trying to kill the Travincal gang at 5. AM after most of the day and night trying will live with me forever. The only other games I play are the Diablo 3 and Diablo 4 games. I want to hold Blood Raven and Andariel's chins after each battle and watch the defeated tears in their eyes as I utter: '' Here's looking at you, kid!''. They'll know their place then!!!
Welcome Paul, thanks for sharing your memories!
