Ironstone is a plain damage weapon. 100-150% Enhanced Damage takes the War Hammer base of 19-29 up to roughly 38-72, and the +100-150 to Attack Rating is what makes that damage land, which matters on a base this slow. The 1-10 Lightning Damage and the +10 to Strength are too small to change how it is used.

How to upgrade Ironstone

You can upgrade Ironstone to a Battle Hammer with the following cube recipe:

1 Ral Rune + 1 Sol Rune + 1 Perfect Emerald + Ironstone

When upgrading Ironstone to a Battle Hammer the level requirement will increase to level 32.
