Stoutnail is a normal unique Spiked Club found in Diablo 2 Resurrected.

Stoutnail sees almost no use. Attacker Takes Damage of 3-10 only works when the character is being hit, and a level 5 character survives by not being hit, so the two rarely coincide. 100% Enhanced Damage on a Spiked Club doubles a base of 5-8, and only the +7 to Vitality still does anything ten levels later.

How to upgrade Stoutnail

You can upgrade Stoutnail to a Barbed Club with the following cube recipe:

1 Ral Rune + 1 Sol Rune + 1 Perfect Emerald + Stoutnail

When upgrading Stoutnail to a Barbed Club the level requirement will increase to level 25.
