Knell Striker is a normal unique Scepter found in Diablo 2 Resurrected. Knell Striker has a Dark Red tint.

Knell Striker puts 25% Chance of Crushing Blow on a level 5 weapon, and Crushing Blow removes a fraction of what a monster currently has rather than a fixed number, so it does not fall off the way the 70-80% Enhanced Damage does. Blood Raven and the Act 1 bosses are the targets that makes a difference against. A Scepter is also blunt, which carries an inherent +50% Damage to Undead, and the crypts of the Burial Grounds sit at exactly this level.

You can upgrade Knell Striker to a Rune Scepter with the following cube recipe:

1 Ral Rune + 1 Sol Rune + 1 Perfect Emerald + Knell Striker

When upgrading Knell Striker to a Rune Scepter the level requirement will increase to level 24.
