Bloodrise is a normal unique 
Morning Star found in Diablo 2 Resurrected.
Bloodrise pairs +3 to 
Sacrifice with 5% Life Stolen Per Hit, and the two are the same idea. Sacrifice hits far harder than a normal attack in exchange for turning a share of that damage back on the Paladin using it, and the steal returns the difference on the same swing. Behind it sit 120% Enhanced Damage, a 50% Bonus to Attack Rating and 25% Chance of Open Wounds, which makes it a complete levelling weapon at level 15 rather than one good stat attached to a bad weapon.
How to upgrade Bloodrise
You can upgrade Bloodrise to a Jagged Star with the following cube recipe:
1 Ral Rune + 1 Sol Rune + 1 Perfect Emerald + Bloodrise
When upgrading Bloodrise to a Jagged Star the level requirement will increase to level 30.
