The Pandemonium Event
The Pandemonium Event is an end-game challenge in Diablo II: Resurrected, introduced in the Ladder reset of Patch 1.11. Completing this event grants the powerful 
Hellfire Torch, a unique large charm. Here"s how it works:
Gather the Keys
To start the Pandemonium Event, you need to collect three sets of keys. Each key drops from specific Act bosses in Hell difficulty:
Key of Terror - The Countess (Act I, Forgotten Tower, Level 5).
Key of Hate - The Summoner (Act II, Arcane Sanctuary).
Key of Destruction - Nihlathak (Act V, Halls of Vaught).
Open the Portals
Once you have all three keys, take them to Harrogath (Act V). Transmute one set (Terror, Hate, and Destruction) in the Horadric Cube to open a random portal to one of three Uber bosses. Each boss drops a unique organ:
- Uber Duriel (Forgotten Sands), drops
Baal's Eye - Uber Izual (Furnace of Pain), drops
Mephisto's Brain - Lilith (Matron"s Den), drops
Diablo's Horn
To ensure you get all organs, open all portals in the same game, as each portal can only be opened once per game.
Tristram and the Uber Bosses
Combine the three organs in the Horadric Cube to open a portal to Uber Tristram, where you will face:
- Uber Mephisto
- Uber Baal
- Pandemonium Diablo
These bosses are significantly stronger than their standard counterparts, with devastating attacks and immunities.
