Deckard Cain tells you to gather the relics of Khalim: his Eye, Brain and Heart, and his Flail. In the 
Horadric Cube they become Khalim's Will, which breaks the Compelling Orb in Travincal.
How to complete
Khalim's Eye: a chest in the Spider Cavern, guarded by Sszark the Burning.
Khalim's Brain: a chest in Flayer Dungeon Level 3, guarded by Witch Doctor Endugu.
Khalim's Heart: a chest in Kurast Sewers Level 2, guarded by Icehawk Riftwing.
Khalim's Flail: dropped by the High Council in Travincal.- Transmute the four in the Horadric Cube into
Khalim's Will, equip it and strike the Compelling Orb in Travincal.
Rewards
- The stairs to the Durance of Hate Level 1 open.
- The chests that hold Khalim's Eye, Khalim's Brain and Khalim's Heart each also drop a magic item from its own treasure class and 5 to 9 piles of gold.
